For registration, contact your department or NSU information center with 2 copy passport size photograph, clean photocopy of ID card, recommendation letter from university / department.
· Top 3 participants, according to the jury, will be awarded.
· Every participant will get a certificate from respective authority.

Program Details:
Ä Venue : North South University, SPZ 700.
Ä Date : 4th July, 2007
Ä Time : 9:00 – 17:30 hrs
Time Slotting:
Gate opening : 9:30 AM
Exam begins : 10:00 AM
Exam Ends : 12:00 PM
Refreshment : 12:15 PM
Exam paper evaluation : 1:00 to 4:00 PM
Result announcement : 4:30 PM
Certificate distribution : 5:00 PM
Special concerns:
§ Participants are expected to attain the entire event.
§ During the exam paper evaluation, participants will be provided with sitting arrangement and they are requested not to leave the venue.
§ Regarding any circumstances participants are expected to represent with helpful attitude.
Rules & regulations:
1. Registration starts on 24th June, 2007.
2. Registration deadline: 30th June, 2007.
3. Registration will be done on due date from 2:00-5:00 PM at North South University campus.
4. Maximum 10 students can participate from the same institute in this event.
5. Students from same institution are requested to register together as a group though individual registration can be done. For registration, students must contact at North South University Information Center with 2 copy passport size photograph, clean photocopy of ID card, recommendation letter from university / department.
6. Inter University Math Olympiad-2007 is going to be a 2 hrs long competition.
7. 20 mathematical problems will be set for the contest from any field of the mathematics like geometry, trigonometry, series analysis, calculus and others.
8. Participants are requested to bring their won tools (e.g. pencil, eraser, ruler, and calculator) with them.
9. Using cell phone during the contest is strictly prohibited and participants are requested to turn their cell phones off at venue.
10. Cross talking, discussion or attempting any unfair means during the contest is highly discouraged.
11. Regarding the contest, the decision of the jury will be considered final.
12. Top 3 participants will be awarded.
13. Every participant will receive certificate for their participation.
